What if my event is postponed or rescheduled?

Sometimes events need to be rescheduled. Here's what you need to know.

Notification

You'll be notified immediately via:

  • Email
  • SMS (if provided)
  • Push notification (if app installed)

Your Options

When an event is rescheduled:

  • Keep Your Tickets - They're automatically valid for the new date
  • Request a Refund - Available within 30 days of announcement

Ticket Validity

Your tickets remain valid for:

  • Same event at new date
  • Same seat/section
  • Same ticket type

Refund Process

If you can't attend the new date:

  • Go to "My Orders"
  • Select the event
  • Click "Request Refund"
  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days
